Hire the Village Hall

Please note that in all instances a booking form will have to be completed and that the Hall is unavailable to book on Sundays & Bank Holidays.

A printable version of the booking form can be downloaded using the links below. Please print it, fill it in and hand it to the caretaker at the hall. Payment can’t be made online but can be made in person at the hall or postally by cheque to one of the addresses listed on the form.

You can book in one of four ways:

• 1 Printable PDF. Complete this and send along with payment to the address on the form or hand it in at the hall (see option 4 for opening times)

• 2 Interactive PDF. Some apps and devices enable you to complete a PDF without printing it off. If you can do this, you can then email it to us but please read the form carefully. Payment must still be made by cheque, either to the address on the form or by hand at the village hall.

• 4 By calling in the Welfare Hall on 01226 752205 and speaking to the Caretaker at the following times:
  • Monday 10am – 12pm
  • Wednesday 10am – 12pm
  • Thursday 10am – 12pm
  • Friday 10am – 12pm
